This hotel is located next to Mendoza bus timetable. It was very handy for our departure to Santiago. However it was evident that previously there was more direct access via an underpass now blocked off. Access to Mendoza town was easy from the location. We asked for and were given a very large room at no extra cost. The breakfast was pretty expansive and staff efficient and friendly. This is a good value hotel in a convenient location with air conditioning. Good value for money.

The stay was wonderful, the only thing its that the night shif person didn't wanna help when we ask for and extra key for the room, and the next day the morning shift from reception helps us without any inconvenient, also we ask some new towels and have to request the same twice, other than that we would love to comeback.

There was unnecessary confusion about my room, process, and change. If you upgrade me it should be for the stay, not for the day. After conversation the general manager not only agreed but topped it off with free breakfast. Kudos. I also appreciated the use of a free washing maching and dryer.

The hotel is definitely not a European 4*. The staff does not speak English. The breakfast is very poor. The rooms facing the street are terribly noisy. The wifi is slow and out of order. It is enough for a night's sleep. Otherwise, I would choose another hotel.

The staff was great, the traffic noise on the highway right next to hotel was terribly loud all night. Location is perfect for closeness to the bus station. Staff was very good.
